thank you guys for the comments, those Twin Tower-filters that you said is no a filter, the filter is on the bottom of the aquarium, those black thing is where the water past over to the filter, do you see too many hole in those black thing? well the water pass for it and on the top too to the filter and then a pump push the water to the top and like that all time, the name of the filter is Wet Dry (find in google ), take care you and your fish too
